Ruwanwelisaya

Ruwanweliseya is a major dagoba in Anuradhapura’s sacred area, associated with Buddhist pilgrimage. It forms part of the core that also includes Sri Maha Bodhi and Lovamahapaya, and calls for respectful conduct, time and attention to religious rules.
