01

Acceptance and scope

By using the site you accept these terms and linked policies. If you disagree, stop using it. The public area is primarily informational and does not create a travel-agency relationship.

02

Information, not booking or advice

Viajalo does not sell or confirm transport, accommodation, activities, insurance or visas. Content is not a substitute for authorities, healthcare professionals or providers and does not guarantee safety, availability or suitability.

03

Traveller decisions

You are responsible for checking documents, borders, health, weather, insurance, accessibility, local rules and provider conditions before booking or travelling. Use official local emergency services when necessary.

04

Permitted use

You may browse, share links and quote short attributed excerpts. You may not interfere with the service, bypass controls, scrape content at scale, resell the database or use the platform for fraud or unlawful activity.

05

Third-party content and services

External sources and services belong to third parties. Contracts or disputes with them are governed by their conditions and must be handled directly with them.

06

Availability and changes

Linkses OÜ may update, reorganise or remove content and features. We seek continuity but do not promise uninterrupted availability or a complete absence of errors.

07

Liability

Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be limited. Where permitted, Linkses OÜ is not liable for decisions based on third-party changes or facts that users were told to verify officially, nor for indirect harm arising from external services.

08

Applicable law and consumers

These terms are interpreted under the law applicable to the operator without depriving consumers of mandatory protections and courts in their country of residence. Use the contact form before litigation so we can try to resolve the issue.
