Data we may process
When you use the form we process your name, email, subject, message, language, consent timestamp and limited security data such as a non-reversible IP hash and user agent.
Public browsing does not require an account. Technical server logs may include IP address, date, requested resource and events needed for security and availability.
Purposes and legal bases
- Answering enquiries: pre-contractual steps or legitimate interest in responding.
- Managing corrections and editorial quality: legitimate interest in reliable information.
- Preventing abuse and protecting the service: legitimate interest and security duties.
- Meeting legal obligations and defending claims: legal obligation and legitimate interest.
Recipients and providers
Hosting, email, security and technical support providers may access data under instructions and appropriate safeguards. AI tools used during idea generation do not intentionally receive contact-form data.
Data is disclosed to authorities only when required by law or a valid order.
International transfers
If a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, we use an applicable transfer mechanism such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses, with supplementary measures when needed.
Retention
Enquiries are kept as long as needed to respond and follow up and, as an operational rule, no longer than 24 months unless a later relationship, legal duty or defence need applies. Security logs have shorter purpose-based periods.
Your rights
Where applicable, you may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw consent without affecting earlier processing. Use the contact form and mention Viajalo.
You may also complain to the competent supervisory authority, including the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate where applicable.
Children and sensitive data
The site is not intended to collect children’s data or special-category data. Do not submit passports, health information, financial data or other sensitive documents through the form.
